At DressPreservation.com, we believe in providing a hassle-free experience, which is why we offer a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy.

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipping: Once your kit has shipped, a $35 cancellation fee will apply.

Once your refund is processed, the serial number on your kit will be voided, making it unusable. We ask that you keep the kit until your refund is fully processed, at which point you may recycle it. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed more than 60 days ago.

Refunds After Service Completion

Once our cleaning and preservation services are complete, we are unable to offer refunds. At DressPreservation.com, we take great pride in returning your gown in the highest possible condition, and 99.9% of our gowns are expertly cleaned and preserved. While we do everything we can to ensure outstanding results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
